PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid unnecessary use of a copy means and recording paper with respect to the electronic blackboard which is provided with a movable sheet and a copy device which copies a picture on this sheet to copy paper. SOLUTION: A detection means (picture detection circuit 27) is provided which detects whether a picture is recorded on the entry image read by an optical image reader (CCD 7) provided below the entry face of a sheet 1 in the moving direction or not in the movement of the sheet 1. When the sheet is moved for copy operation and it is detected by the detection means that a picture is not recorded, copy is not performed by information (100) which stops sending a picture for recording to the copy device. |
