PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimized scheduling method which eliminates unreasonableness and waste of maintenance inspection operation. SOLUTION: A computer 1 has a processing program 131 which generates an annual schedule of maintenance operation. A storage device 2 is stored with facility attribute data 21 including inspection period, operation time, and a final-point inspection day by facilities. A scheduling data management table 132 manages evaluated values SW (shift wait) by the facilities which are in inverse proportion to the inspection period and an upper-limit value management table 133 manages the upper-limit values of workloads of the respective months. When a work load totalized by the months exceeds the upper-limit value, a schedule generation part 11 performs shift processing to the previous or next month in the order of operations increasing in evaluated value SW among operation items assigned to the month when the workload exceeds the upper- limit value to generate a schedule having no excessive workload. |
