PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium in which adherence to a base material of an image receiving layer and a pattern layer, abrasion resistance of the pattern layer, chemical resistance, stain resistance and gate resistance for an automatic wicket system are excellent. SOLUTION: An image receiving layer 2 and pattern layers 5 are formed on the face on one side of a base material 1. The dot percent of the pattern layer 5 is >=60% and the number of its line consists of 70-200 lines and these lines are formed so as to cover the image receiving layer 2. The pattern layers 5 have at least two pieces of epoxy groups, oxirane group or ethoxyline group and contain resin whose epoxy equivalent is 1200-2700 as a main component. 0.5-10wt.% polyester resin in which glass transition point (Tg) is 50-80 deg.C is contained to raise adherence of the image receiving layer and the pattern layer. Therefore, adherence to the material is good and abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and stain resistance of the pattern layer are excellent. A transfer recording medium to be heated is easily produced at a low cost and has excellent design properties and is suitable for an automatic wicket. |
