<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong water permeable paved flat plate of high permeability and resilience by integratedly forming an elastic surface layer combining rubber chip with binder on the upper face of a concrete basic layer part which is combined together aggregate and sand through binder SOLUTION: Aggregate 3 such as natural stones or crushed stones, sand 4, and binder 5 made of cement are kneaded and combined together at respective weight ratio 6-7:1-2:1-2, and a concrete basic layer part 1 in which continuous voids 6 on the outer circumference of mutual aggregate 3 are formed in the direction of thickness is provided. Next composition of rubber chips 7, 7 and binder 8 of synthetic resin are combined together at weight ratio 65-85:15-35, and a water permeable elastic surface layer part 2 in which continuous voids 7 on the outer circumference of mutual rubber chips 7 are formed in the direction of thickness is integratedly formed. As a result of this, a water permeable paved flat plate of two layer construction formed so that the coefficient of permeability is about 0.15-0.068, and the resilience is 38+3-51+3%, is provided.</p> |
