RE-TRANSMISSION CONTROL METHOD FOR CDMA MOBILE COMMUNICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-transmission control method with high transmission efficiency by realizing re-transmission in the unit of frames being divisions of a packet in the case of data communication in the unidirectional packet mode in the code division multiple access(CDMA) mobile communication. SOLUTION: A transmission timing in a backward channel is allocated to each of three divisions in a frame. A base station 40 uses at a code A for a 1st frame to send a first forward signal to a mobile station 10. Upon the receipt of the forward signal in the 1st frame, the mobile station 10 sends an acknowledge signal of the forward signal in a 1st backward control signal transmission timing in the 1st frame. Since the mobile station 10 cannot receive the forward signal, the station 10 sends a re-transmission request signal in the 1st transmission timing of a 3rd frame.
