<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bacteria from propagating even if bacteria enter the inside of a bottle by a method wherein a blow-molding is done by mixing anti-bacterial zeolite, and on the internal surface of the bottle container, numerous antibacterial agents are made to sprinkle. SOLUTION: To a container main body 1 and a neck 2 which form a bottle, antibacterial agents 4, 4... are mixed, and a molding is done, and as a result, on the internal surface 5 of the container main body 1, the antibacterial agents 4, 4... are exposed on the surface. Therefore, bacteria which are mixed into a drinking water being housed in a PET bottle come into contact with the antibacterial agents 4, 4... on the internal surface 5, and the propagation is suppressed. Thus, the PET bottle in which the antibacterial agents 4, 4... is mixed, is made by a hollow molding method, and the antibacterial agents 4, 4... are mixed in the forming material. Since the contraction ratio of the forming material is different depending on a bottle shape, polyethylene or ABS resin, etc., are selectively used. As the antibacterial agent, antibacterial zeolite for which an antibacterial metal such as silver ion or zinc ion is ion-exchanged with a natural or synthetic zeolite, is used.</p> |
