PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the mutual diffusion of components constituting a permanent magnet by permitting a magnetic insulated body where a transmission path is provided in at least one of a front surface or an inside and the permanent magnet for impressing a D.C. magnetic field on the magnetic insulated body to be laminated by means of interposing an oxide layer between them and integratedly calcined. SOLUTION: In a high frequency circuit element, the permanent magnet layer 5, the oxide layer 6, a magnetic insulated layer 7, the oxide layer 6, the magnetic insulated layer 7, the oxide layer 8 and the permanent magnetic layer 9 are integrally calcined to constitute a sintered compact 4. Such an integrally calcined-type sintered compact is obtained by laminating plural layers of raw sheets which are obtained by forming a slurry of material powder constituting the respective layers and an organic binder, etc., and calcined. Therefore, the thin permanent magnet layers 5 and 9 and the magnetic layers 7 are easily constituted. Moreover, the oxide layer 6 is arranged between the permanent magnetic layer 5 and the magnetic insulated layer 7 and the oxide layer 8 is between the layers 7 and 9 so that the components constituting the layers 5 and 9 are restricted from diffusing at a layer 7 side at the time of integrated calcining. |
