PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain delamination after baking by preventing an inner electrode and a ceramic layer from peeling due to decomposition gas by making decomposition temperature of binder contained in each of a first member and a second member of a paste film and a ceramic green sheet different from each other. SOLUTION: A decomposition temperature of a first binder contained in a thin first member of a paste film and a ceramic green sheet is set higher (20 deg.C or more) than a decomposition temperature of a second binder contained in a thick second member. Therefore, in a debinder process, a second binder contained in a second member is decomposed first. Decomposition gas generated by the decomposition passes through a second member and is discharged relatively readily. Then, a first binder contained in a first member is decomposed. The decomposition gas is relatively readily discharged passing through a second member which is porous due to decomposition of a second binder. |
