PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly generate easy-to-see character image data matching respective characters. SOLUTION: On the basis of auxiliary line data which are previously set by characters, gradational image data are generated (step S74) and binary character image data having no gradations are generated from outline data (step S75); and the gradational image data and binary character image data are put together (step S76) to generate character image data. The gradations are given corresponding to the auxiliary line data, so an easy-to-see character is outputted. |
