PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the output form into a table form that can easily confirm, edit and output the data by displaying the field data corresponding to two designated items after putting them on each other. SOLUTION: This database processor is provided with a control part CP which includes a keyboard KB, a printer PR, a liquid crystal display LC, a microcomputer and a memory, a word processing means WP, a 1st data base store part BO1 and a 2nd database storage part B02. When an 'overlap shift' mode is selected, a screen is shown to designate an item to be shifted. When a shift item is designated, an inverting cursor is shifted to the shift item and an execution key is pushed. When a shift destination item is designated, the inverting cursor is shifted to the shift destination item. Then the overlap of items is defined and the output form is changed to a display form of plural lines. Thus it is possible to put items on each other and to display them just by designating these items. |
