A compartmentized square bobbin for windings of transformer is defined with a plurality of individual partitioning fins which are parallel with each other such that a receiving slot is defined between two adjacent fins. Each or the partitioning fins is provides with a cutout for shift of the winding of coil from the proceeding coil receiving slot to the next coil receiving slot such that the winding of the coil in each slot is in an uniform and order manner. Accordingly, the windings of the coil are wound uniformly and orderly within each of the receiving slots. By this arrangement, the defects of the conventional transformer bobbin are completely solved and a durable and compact transformer is achieved.
