SOLUTION: A training case preservation file 7A beforehand preserves plural training cases being a system training condition together with an index code. A training case selection means 10 selects the corresponding training case from the training case preservation file 7A by the index code to preserve it in a power system simulated information file 8 at a training start time. A system simulation means 5 simulates the system according to the training case preserved in the power system simulation information file 8 and corresponding operation from an input device 32 for a trainee. |
