SOLUTION: This device is composed a message conversion file 14 for converting the plural messages provided with similar meanings set inside the respective job processing parts 11a and 11b incorporated in an information processing system into one common optimum message, a message retrieval means for retrieving the message conversion tile 14 and performing conversion to corresponding respective optimum messages and a message output means for outputting the optimum message retrieved in the message retrieval means through an output device 12.
