PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predictive control of a vehicle before reaching a travel predicted position using the information obtained from a navigation device by providing a traveling position determining means and a vehicle position progress means in a navigation system control section. SOLUTION: A navigation system control section 4 transfers the beforehand computed present position information of the vehicle to a terminal device 10 based on the map information stored in a storage section 5 and the present position information of the vehicle detected by a position detecting section 7. Then, the device 10 obtains the present vehicle speed information from a central control section 1 and decides a proper prescribed time corresponding to the vehicle speed information. When the section 4 receives the vehicle speed information and the prescribed time information from the device 10, the section 4 decides a traveling predicted position from the vehicle's speed and the prescribed time after prescribed time later using the virtual path processed by a progress discrimination section 6 based on the beforehand specified destination and the course using the present position as a reference and the vehicle's position is virtually advanced to the decided traveling predicted position in a memory. |
