PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device equipped with a heating roll capable of eliminating the problem of crack with a core at a micropore of an anodized aluminum film, preventing occurrence of an image faulty such as offsetting in its influence, and being kept usable over a long period. SOLUTION: This device, for the image forming device, is allowed to fixing the unfixed toner image on a recording medium with use of a heating roller 1 provided with an aluminum layer consisting of the aluminum or the aluminum alloy at least on a surface. In such a case, the fixing device is composed that the aluminum layer on the heating roll 1 is provided with the micropore whose pore size is >=1.4×10<-8> m, and the pore number is <=5.0×10<10> pieces/cm<2> , or equipped with the anodized aluminum film whose layer size is <=10μm.
