METHOD FOR TRANSFER OF COMMAND AND DATA BETWEEN STORAGE DEVICE AND AUXILIARY PROCESSOR AND INFORMATION-PROCESSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer data between a storage device and an auxiliary processor without stopping acitivity on a main processor bus by using a memory controller for controlling auxiliary functional processing. SOLUTION: When starting graphics processing, a processor 12 generates the queue of graphics command. Concerning the generation of command queue, a list to be referred to as a user queue is generated. Next, the processor write the user queue into a memory and writes the address of user queue into an address FIFO 208 related with a graphics processor 206. At the timing or write into the address FIFO 208, the graphics processor 206 reads out a user queue start address for fetching the user queue. Next, the graphics processor processes the graphics command related with the user queue.
