PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and working man-hours in order to lower the manufacturing cost by forming as an integrated body a switch holding member, which holds a sensor switch, a contact piece which detects abnormality, and a connecting part which connects the above two members. SOLUTION: Electromagnets 4 are arranged on both sides of an oscillator 2, which is fixed at and connected to the center of a diaphragm placed facing to each other and to which a permanent magnet 3 is fixed. In addition, a contact piece 5, whose shape is such that the piece 5 is easily broken when the piece 5 touches or abuts on a projection 2A formed as an integrated body together with the oscillator 2, is prepared at the position, which is normal to the direction of reciprocal motion of the oscillator 2 and moreover which can touch or abut on the projection 2A of the oscillator 2 at the time of abnormality. Further, a link pin 6 is prepared, which detects the time of abnormality such as the breakage of this contact piece 5. The contact piece 5 is formed as a resin molding formed as an integrated body via a switch holding member 7 and a connecting member 8, and the switch holding member 7 to which a sensor switch 9 is fixed is fixed to the electromagnet 4 by means of screws. |
