PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction of the number of part items and assembly man- hour for a back light panel device by constituting an LED lighting circuit on a reflecting sheet. SOLUTION: An LED lighting circuit pattern 13 and a light shield pattern 14 are simultaneously printed by means of conductive ink such as silver, carbon ink, etc., on a white-colored and lustrous insulation reflecting sheet 12. A resist layer is printed on the LED lighting circuit pattern 13, after which surface mounting type LED 15 is surely attached by means of low melting point solder, etc., and resin-sealed by means of resin potting of a crystal resin. Thereby, the LED lighting circuit is constituted on the reflecting sheet 12, and the LED 15 lights when current flows from both end parts of the LED lighting circuit pattern 13. A light shield pattern 14 serves as, so called, a blind for preventing the light of the LED 15 transmitting the reflecting sheet 12 from leaking to the outside. |
