<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove foreign matters in a buried pipe without feeding any water and requiring any large working space so as to be suited to works in emergency such as occurrence of an earthquake. SOLUTION: Both ends of a buried pipe, a target to remove foreign matters, are made to open, a pig 40 which can move in the pipe closely contacted with the internal face of the pipe is inserted from one end of the buried pipe, a suction hose 36 is connected to the other end of the buried pipe, the pig 40 is made to move to the other end direction by generating negative pressure in the buried pipe via the suction hose 36, and foreign matters 21 in the buried pipe are sucked by movement of the pig 40 so that the foreign matters are removed to the outside of the pipe via the suction hose 36.</p> |
