PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or reduce the welding of toner to a separation pawl and to prevent faulty separating direction or faulty separation such as paper jamming and the defect of an image such as a scratch by forming the separation pawl by uniformly mixing polyamideimide resin, substance such as graphite, and fluorine polymer. SOLUTION: After a toner image is thermally fixed on fixing paper 9 fed to a fixing roller 12 by a coil heater 13, the paper 9 is separated from the fixing roller 12 by the separation pawl 14 whose tip is pressed to the peripheral surface of the roller 12, and ejected to the outside of a machine. The separation pawl 14 is obtained by uniformly mixing the polyamideimide resin being heat resistant resin by 50-95%, and the substance such as graphite or metal having >=0.7cal/cm.sec. deg.C heat conductivity such as aluminum and the fluorine polymer by 5-50vol.% in a high speed mixer, and molding the mixture in specified shape by an injection molding method. |
