PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stevedoring pump having high mechanical efficiency, effective on eliminating noise problem and capable of making long time run, by suspending a protection tube, a motor over and an eccentric pump in a tank and housing a suspending tube, a terminal box and an electrically driven motor in an air chamber formed inside of the protection tube and the motor cover. SOLUTION: A electric motor-driven submerged pump B has the upper ends of its suspending tube 28, a cooling oil ejecting port tube 29 and a cooling oil entrance tube inserted and fixed on a flange 26 attached to be freely attachable to/detachable from the upper surface of a tank T. The end surface flange 68 of a centrifugal pump 67 is coupled to the bottom surface of the low part lid 47 of a motor 44, a cylindrical motor cover 69 whose low end surface makes water tight contact with the end surface flange 68 of an eccentric pump 67 is provided on the outer side of the motor 44 and an upper part cover 70 is fixed to the upper end of the motor cover 69. The low end part of a protection tube 71 is fixed to a hole provided in the upper part cover 70 and by fixing the upper end part of the protection tube 71 to the flange 26, the suspending tube 28, a terminal box 30 and the pressure resisting explosion-proof type electrically driven motor 44 is protected from liquid. |
