PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printing plate which has excellent reproducibility for an image and ink-repelling property and is stable with time and excellent in productivity without decreasing advantages of a conventional waterless planographic printing master plate by incorporating an epoxy compd. insoluble in water and having a specified or lower epoxy equiv. into a primer layer. SOLUTION: This waterless planographic printing master plate is produced by successively forming a primer layer, a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer on a substrate. The primer layer contains an epoxy compd. which is insoluble in water and has <300 epoxy equiv. Especially, by combining this epoxy compd., an org. tin compd. and a monomer expressed by formula, a waterless planographic printing master plate which is stable with elapsed time and excellent in productivity can be obtd. In formula, R1 and R2 are hydrogen atoms or methyl groups, a and b are integers >=1 satisfying a+b=3, and n is an integer 0 to 20. |
