PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the corresponding relation between the operation range of an analog manipulator and the parameter control range by applying a prescribed operation to the digital value corresponding to the set position of the analog manipulator based on the correction data given from the outside and controlling the parameter of the audio signal according to the result of the operation. SOLUTION: An A/D converter 21 converts the voltage signal outputted from an analog manipulator 11 into a digital signal and outputs the digital signal to an arithmetic unit 23 as the digital value D1 corresponding to the set position of an analog manipulator 11. A MIDI interface 22 received the MIDI data from an outside communication KARAOKE (accompaniment to recorded music) equipment 2 and stores the offset value D2 contained in the MIDI data in a memory 24. Then unit 23 adds the value DI to the value D2 stored in the memory 24 and sets the addition result D1+D2 at a signal adjustment part 13 as the parameter control value P. The part 13 adjusts the audio signal AD according to the value P and outputs it to a speaker SP.
