PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience by setting an on/off line mode automatically in a predetermined timing so as to realize the mode setting/changeover corresponding to the user or the like. SOLUTION: An on/off line SW 21 and a control SW 22 are interposed between a facsimile equipment 10 provided with a central control section 11, a line control section 12, a MODEM 13, a read section 14, a recording section 15, a storage section 16, a clock section 17 and an operation display section 18 and connected to a PC 20 and a recording section 15. Then the central control section 11 controls the SW 21, 22 in a preset timing such as at system rising, at a time zone, a time interval or when a setting storage amount of the storage section 16 is detected to automatically switch the on/off line mode thereby setting automatically the printer/facsimile mode. |
