PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for burning to control to improve the length and shape of a flame and a burning apparatus represented by a burner assembly. SOLUTION: An injector for fuel and oxidant has means (fuel cavity (1a, 1b, 1c for conveying fuel fluid from at least one fuel inlet, and means (oxidant cavity (3a, 3b) for conveying oxidant fluid from at least one oxidant inlet. To supply these fluids to a combustion chamber, predetermined number are provided at predetermined positions. Two surfaces 2, 4 generated at a predetermined angle between fuel flow and oxidant flow are set so as to be crossed, and the mixed gas is ignited and burned to control the width, length of the flame having small NOX and the state of its luminous flame are controlled. |
