PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the resistance of a load applied to carrying members and the deterioration of toner in carrying the toner of a developing device. SOLUTION: This developing device is provided with a developing roller 11, a toner tank 12 which stores the toner T and forms a carrying path 13 for carrying the toner T toward the developing roller 11 and carrying members 14 and 15 which are arranged in the carrying path 13 in its carrying direction and carry the toner T toward the developing roller 11. In the device, the number of revolution of the carrying member 14 on the upstream side is made smaller than that of the carrying member 15 on the downstream side and the toner can be efficiently carried by the absolute minimum number of revolution. |
