PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the waste of an ink ribbon and a printing time by allowing a storage means to previously store the address of an addressee by dividing, and printing only the designated part of this address in accordance with the designation which one is to be printed among each part obtained by dividing this address so as to eliminate the unnecessary part of the addressee for printing. SOLUTION: A flexible disk FD storing a computer program including a step for storing the addressee by dividing, a step for judging the number of figures of a zip code, a step for deciding which part of the divided address to print corresponding to the discriminated number of the figures of the zip code by designing it or receiving the designation and a step for printing only the part the address decided by the step is loaded in a disk drive DD. Then the contents are read into a personal computer PC. The read computer program PR controls the personal computer PC. |
