PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a high absolute humidity and prevent condensation from being generated. SOLUTION: There are provided a vapor blowing type vapor humidifier 2 and a tank 3. A side surface of the tank 3 is provided with a vapor supplying port 3a for supplying vapor from the vapor humidifier 2 through a supplying pipe 2a. One end of the tank 3 is provided with an air feeding means 4 for feeding out vapor. The other end of the tank 3 is provided with a restriction part 3b and an air blowing port 3c, and then a vapor cooling part 3d is formed between the vapor supplying port 3a of the tank 3 and the restriction part 3b. |
