PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute a document processing in a short period by supporting the proper decision of the processing order of documents when there exist plural documents to process. SOLUTION: A control means 20 is provided with at least one of a function deciding/instructing the processing order of the documents to a document processing mechanism 40 executing the processing of a document D which should be processed by a person P in charge of it and a function generating information to transfer to an informing means 10. When the document which the person P is in charge comes into a processing executing state, the control means 20 accesses a storing means 30 to retrieve the document (d) of a linking destination linked with the document D and outputs information on a schedule concerning the person (p) in charge of the document (d) to the informing means 10. This is executed by a schedule informing part 21. The person P receiving information makes the progress plan for processing the document he/she is in charge by his/her own judgement corresponding to the piece of information.
