PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate large power despite a narrow, occupied area, taking advantage of buoyancy of a float, by linking many floats together to accommodate them in an erected part, sending falling-water-floats one by one into the erected part, and driving a generator by means of a turbine driven by the hydraulic power obtained through the buoyancy of the float. SOLUTION: A plurality of floats 6 in which inert gas such as hydrogen or herium is enclosed are connected endlessly by using universal joints 13, and each float 6 is moved (elevated) from a lower U-shaped turning part 1d into a primary erected pipe part 1a. At this time, no water leaks, and each float 6 is sent to a secondary erected pipe part 1b via an upper U-shaped turning pipe part 1c. Then, air is sent with pressure into the primary erected pipe part 1a by means of a compressor 15, so that ascending pressure is applied to the fluid within the pipe, thereby rapidly elevating the float 6. Thus, large pressure is applied to the water, and pressurized water is sent from an inclined, connecting pipe 3 into a falling-water flow pipe part 2, so that a turbine 7 is driven by the water flow at this time in order to activate an generator 9.
|
