Method for determining a dough tray type at a specified position on a dough processing line, through which the dough tray is transportable in a transport direction, which dough tray has a number of dough tins and a mounting frame about the dough tins. The method contains applying induction varying signs on the mounting frame of the dough tray, generating an electro-magnetic field by an inductive measuring system at the position on the dough processing line and detecting by measuring sensors the variation in the electromagnetic field if the dough tray moves past the position. A dough processing line in which the method is applied and a dough tray which is suitable for determining the type by means of the method. <IMAGE> |
