<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To processing a process for producing a color filter capable of forming fine patterns of multiple colors with good workability and high accuracy. SOLUTION: (A) A temporally photosensitive resin layer 2' is laminated to a substrate 3 so as to face the substrate 3 prior to the formation of picture elements of three primary colors. The temporal picture elements are then formed in places exclusive a black matrix 4 and places exclusive of the places where the picture elements 5 of the first color are formed. (B) The photosensitive resin layer 5' colored to the first color is laminated to the substrate 3 so as to face the substrate by forming spaces between the picture elements. A stage for transferring the photosensitive resin layer 5' to the substrate 3 surface by heating is executed to form the picture elements 5 colored to the first color. (C) The formed temporal picture elements 2 are removed. (D) The photosensitive resin layers colored to the second and subsequent colors are laminated to each other so as to face the substrate 3 by forming the spaces among the picture elements. The stage for transferring the photosensitive resin layer to the substrate 3 surface by heating is executed.</p> |
