SOLUTION: This device is provided with the cartridge 12, a new cartridge detecting means 15, a means 14 for counting the number of using times of the cartridge 12, a means 16 for counting the number of recycling times of the cartridge 12, and a high voltage power source 17. In such a case, it is equipped with a means 13 judging whether the cartridge 12 exceeds the working limit and masking a trigger signal to the high voltage power source 17 in the case the cartridge 12 exceeds the working limit. |
