PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To faithfully reproduce a moving picture even if much data cannot be transmitted by compressing and transmitting picture data. SOLUTION: A transmission storage step for transmitting still picture data of a first screen to an opposite device as still pictures and storing them in a frame memory part 8 and a still picture memory part 11 is provided. The moving vector of moving picture data from a second screen following the first screen and still picture data of the first screen, which is stored in the still picture memory part 11, is detected 12. An accumulated picture selection step for accumulating still picture data of the first screen, which is stored in the still picture memory part 11, in the frame memory part 8 when the moving vector is zero or a zero approximate value is provided. |
