PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively, qualitatively and exactly perform a simulation for the controlling variable of a PLL circuit in the simulation of the transient change of the PLL circuit. SOLUTION: A simulation is performed by the function block described by the phase comparator block 2A describing each of the phase comparator of a PLL circuit, a loop filter, a voltage control oscillator, a frequency divider by each transfer function, a loop filter block 3, a voltage control oscillator block 4 performing an offset for the gain of a voltage control oscillator by the oscillation frequency or the frequency angle frequency in the voltage control oscillator when control voltage which is outputted from the loop filter 3 and controls the oscillation frequency of the voltage control oscillator is 0 and a frequency divider block 6. The gain for which the offset is performed is matched with the oscillation frequency of the voltage control oscillator. Also the controlled variable of other blocks is matched with the controlled variable in an actual circuit. |
