PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce intensity of an unwanted radiated radio waves. SOLUTION: Unidirectional source power attained by rectifying the commercial power source 1 is converted into a high frequency AC power source by an inverter circuit 3, and high voltage high frequency AC power is generated in secondary winding output of a step-up transformer 4 to constitute the inverter circuit 3. This high voltage high frequency AC electric power is rectified by a full wave voltage doupler rectifying circuit 6 by a pair of diodes and a pair of capacitors 6a and 6b, and high tension DC voltage is supplied to a magnetron 7. Since intensity of unnecessary radiation by an anode current Ia of the magnetron 7 increases in proportion to a peak value and a change, its both are reduced by full wave voltage doubler rectification, and intensity of unnecessary radiation is substantially reduced, and capacity of the capacitors 6a and 6b is set large, and is set not less than 0.01μF, and intensity of unnecessary radiation is effectively reduced.
