PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a data summing up processing and to perform the editing processing based on summing up information and further summing up processing in an off-line terminal, in a data receiving and delivering device and a data receiving and delivering method receiving and delivering data between the off-line terminal and a host computer via a medium. SOLUTION: An off-line terminal 101 delivers the value that the input data inputted in the off-line terminal 101 is added to the cumulative value of input data delivered from a host computer 103 the summing up difference of the value that the cumulative value of the summing up data delivered from the host computer 103 and the cumulative value of the input data after the addition are summed up and the cumulative value of the summing up data delivered from the host computer 103 to the host computer 103. The host computer 103 delivers the cumulative value of the input data delivered from the off-line terminal 101 and the value that the summing up difference delivered from the off-line 101 is added to the cumulative value of the summing up data delivered from the off line terminal to the off-line terminal 101. |
