PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the signal operation of a one-side traffic regulation while watching conditions on a monitor screen by installing a camera at the entrance of a road construction zone. SOLUTION: Signals 4 and 5 are installed at both the ends of the road construction zone, the image of a camera 11 on the side of the signal 4 is SS modulated by an SS modulation/transmission part 12 and transmitted from an antenna 13 on weak radio waves, the image of a camera 21 on the side of the signal 5 is SS modulated by an SS modulation/transmission part 22 and transmitted from an antenna 23 on weak radio waves, the radio waves from the antennas 13 and 23 are received through an antenna 31 to a reception/SS demodulation part 32, SS-demodulated and displayed on a monitoring device 33, a signal switching instruction is inputted from an input part 34 while watching the screen, and the signals 4 and 5 are switched by a signal control part 36. When the instruction for switching the signal 4 from 'blue' to 'red' is inputted, the signal 4 is immediately switched to 'red', a timer 35 is simultaneously started, and the signal 5 can be also switched to 'blue' by counting time +αrequired for an automobile to pass through the construciton zone. |
