PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encoding system which use an encoding conversion table to be referred to when the encoding data are encoded with a small scale, and a which use a system which use a decoding conversion table to be referred to when the encoded data are decoded with a small scale. SOLUTION: The encoding is performed by providing one encoding conversion table 153, and so as to make the address of the encoding conversion table 153 equal to an encoding key number a start address when referring to the encoding conversion table 153, and make a numerical value stored in an address behind by the numerical value expressing the data encoded from the start point address of the encoding conversion table 153 the encoding data. Further the decoding is performed by providing one decoding conversion table replacing the addresses of the encoding conversion table 153 with the stored numerical values, and performs so as to read out the numerical value stored in the address behind by the numerical value expressing the encoding data from a head address of the decoding conversion table, and make the result subtracting the encoding key number from the read out numerical value the decoding data. |
