PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protective film having excellent scratching resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, antidazzle property and excellent adhesion property between the protective film and a polarizing film by forming a hardened coating film comprising a compsn. containing a UV-curing polyol acrylate resin on a transparent resin film. SOLUTION: A hardened coating film layer 2 comprising a compsn. containing a UV-curing polyol acrylate resin is formed on at least one surface of a transparent resin film 1. The hardened coating film layer 2 contains inorg. or org. fine particles. Or, an easy adhesion layer 3 containing a hydrophilic polymer compd. may be formed on the opposite surface of the transparent resin film 1 to the surface where the hardened coating film layer 2 is formed. The UV-curing polyol acrylate resin consists of dipenta-erythritol hexaacrylate. Further, a UV absorbent or antioxidant may be added to the compsn. containing the UV- curing polyol acrylate resin. |
