<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron core of a compact disassembled transportation system transformer wherein dividing work and reassembling work are minimized, a large heavy machine (lifting machine) is unnecessary in field assembling, the space factor is excellent, the iron core form can be stabilized, deterioration of core characteristics can be prevented, and structure is stable at the time of disassembling transportation and reassembling. SOLUTION: An iron core is divided into two parts in the lamination direction of magnetic steel plates. Core leg reinforcing cauls 7 are arranged on both sides of a core central leg 3 and core outer legs 2, 4, in the lamination direction, and fastened by binds 8. A lower part yoke 6 is formed by inserting magnetic steel plates for the lower part yoke into the lower parts of the core central leg 3 and the core outer legs 2, 4. Lower part yoke fastening metal fittings 9 are arranged outside the lower part yoke 6. A lower part yoke reinforcing caul 10 is arranged on the core junction side (inside). By fastening lower part yokes 6A and 6B by binder, a mountain type 3-phase 3-leg division cores DA and DB are coupled, and a 3-phase 3-leg core is formed. Thereby the core of disassembling transportation system transformer is constituted.</p> |
