<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reuse a CRT without mixing impurities at the panel portion side by separating the panel portion from the funnel portion as an aperture grille or a shadow mask remains at the funnel portion side of the used CRT. SOLUTION: In disassembling and collecting processes for a used CRT 103, the panel portion 112 is cut and separated from the funnel portion 113. At this time, the cutting and separating work is done at the front side 120 of a ceramic pin 118 with which an aperture grille 115 is mounted in such a manner that metal materials including the aperture grille 115 (or a shadow mask) remain at the funnel portion 113 side and do not remain at the panel portion 112 side. Metal parts including the aperture grille 115 (or the shadow mask), an electron gun and a deflecting yoke which remain at the separated funnel portion 113 side are removed. In this way, the mixture of impurities at the panel portion 112 side is prevented and easy disposal after disassembly is ensured.</p> |
