PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily and safely assemble a hologram laser unit which is the main part of an optical pickup device. SOLUTION: This optical pickup device is composed of the hologram laser unit 1, terminals 2 which are projectingly formed at the hologram laser unit 1 and transmit and receive electric signals, a printed circuit board 3 which has insertion holes 3a for inserting these terminals 2 and to which the terminals 2 are fixed with solder 4, a reinforcing plate 5 which is interposed between the printed circuit board 3 and the hologram laser unit 1, comes into contact with both and has terminal insertion holes 5a for inserting the terminals 2, etc. The terminal insertion holes 5a of the reinforcing plate 5 are formed into a slanted shape at which the diameter thereof is smaller than the diameter of the insertion holes 3a of the printed circuit board 3 on the contact surface with the printed circuit board 3 and increases toward the contact surface with the hologram laser unit 1. |
