PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the decrease in the combustion efficiency without oxidizing material to be heated in a heating furnace having a regenerative combustion burner disposed therein. SOLUTION: The heating furnace has one set or more of regenerative combustion burners 1a to 1d having fuel injection nozzles 3a to 3d provided around the flow of the combustion air supplied from burner throats 2a to 2d into the furnace via thermal storage material to inject fuel substantially in parallel with the flow of combustion air and with two as one set in parallel, and comprises partition walls 4A to 4C provided between the adjacent burners 1a to 1d to prevent the exhausting of the fuel to be injected from the nozzles 3a to 3d of the burners 1a to 1d from the throats 2a to 2d of the burners 1a to 1d during combustion exhaust gas exhausting out of the furnace.
