PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a hard coating layer which does not cause absorption while durability of the hard coating layer is maintained by forming a modified layer in which the refractive index is gradually changed and forming a hard coating layer having a const. refractive index to specified film thickness. SOLUTION: This product consists of a synthetic resin base body, a modified layer formed on the base body and a hard coating layer. The modified layer contains a Si and/or Ti compd. and is formed by CVD method, and its refractive index changes from the base body side to the thickness direction. The hard coating layer contains Si and O and is formed by CVD method to a film thickness between >0.4μm and <5μm. By forming the hard coating layer to <5μm thickness, the inner stress can be decreased, which improves adhesion property with the modified layer. By forming the film to >0.4μm thickness, durability of the film can be obtd. by its thickness. The modified layer is preferably formed to a thickness between >100nm and <900nm. |
