PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an abnormal decreasing in temperature of cold water during a cooling operation or abnormal increasing in temperature of hot water during a heating operation to be prevented by a method wherein a control device for each of air conditioners is provided with a central monitoring device of an air conditioner for outputting an instruction to forcedly open a cold water or hot water valve. SOLUTION: A central monitoring device 9 for an air conditioner is connected to an air conditioner control device 7 for each of the air conditioners 4 through communication or the like. The air conditioners 4 are stopped in sequence and in the case that the air conditioner 4 being operated up to the last time is stopped, an instruction to make a forced opening of a cold water or hot water valve 6 is given to the predetermined air conditioner control device 7 from the central monitoring device 9 of the air conditioner, thereby the cold water or hot water valve 6 arranged for each of the air conditioners 4 is forcedly opened. With such an arrangement as above, the cold water or hot water can be circulated through a cold water or hot water pipe passage 3 at an air conditioning load including the air conditioners 4 and further it is possible to prevent an abnormal decreasing in temperature of cold water during cooling operation or to prevent an abnormal increasing in temperature of hot water during heating operation. |
