The disclosed invention is a low viscosity, high solids copolymer polyol formulation, and the method of making the same. The invention is also related to polyurethane molded foams prepared using the disclosed copolymer polyols. The copolymer polyols of the present invention were prepared from low molecular weight diols and low molecular weight triols, and have increased flowability and enhanced processability in polyurethane forming reactions. The copolymer polyols of the present invention were also characterized as having a low level of unsaturated impurities.
