摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable, high face pressure thrust bearing excellent in maintenability and suitable even for a large capacity machine by enhancing the adhesion between a static plate alloy and a slip face material employing polytetrafluoroethylene filled with glass fiber, molybdenum disulfide. SOLUTION: A porous intermediate layer 14a is formed of a material having affinity to a static plate alloy 10 by bonding method onto the surface of static plate alloy 10 on the slip face 12 side. A polytetrafluoroethylene material 13 filled with glass fiber and molybdenum disulfide is then hot pressed onto the rigidly integrated static plate alloy 10 and porous intermediate layer 14a thus forming the slip face 12 of a static plate 4C.
