PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a schedule which equally assigns dispatch, satisfies user's requests and reduces the burden of volunteers by sorting applied data and gathering by each number of the appointing times of the user so as to rearrange the schedule in the order from small number of the assigned times of volunteers. SOLUTION: An applied data register part 30 stores users' applying situation in a fixed time, which are registered from a key board 1, and a schedule data register part 40 stores each volunteer's schedule in a fixed time, which are registered from the key board 1. A control part 50 assigns a convenient volunteer corresponding to applied data of the user, which is stored in the applied data register part 30. Namely the control part 50 executes scheduling by sorting applied data of users by the number of appointing times and sorting scheduling data of volunteers by the number of assigned times each time of new assignment to a user. |
