PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the work efficiency even in a limited space by eliminating the need to connect an adjusting element afterward and the need of insulation treatment when the adjusting element is provided additionally. SOLUTION: The rotational direction detection signal synthesizer 11 for receiving a detection signal from a bearing abrasion detection circuit in a motor and outputting a signal obtained by synthesizing the detection signal and a rotational direction detection signal comprises a circuit for detecting the rotational direction of motor, and a circuit for synthesizing a detection signal from the rotational direction detection circuit and a detection signal from the bearing abrasion detection circuit. The synthesizer further comprises an element 18 for adjusting the initial value of detection signal from the bearing abrasion detection circuit and the rotational direction detection circuit, synthesizing circuit and adjusting element 18 are covered with a molding 21. The adjusting element 18 disposed in the molding 21 is short-circuited by a short circuit wire 19 projecting partially from the molding 21. Projecting part of the short circuit wire 19 is opened and the adjusting element 18 is made effective.
